License

The code

HushSlop is free software. The extension, the userscript and the apps are under the GNU GPL v3 or any later version. This server is under the GNU AGPL v3, and its source is one click away.

The data

The list (/list.json and /list.bin), the report logs (/reports/) and the database download (/database/posts.csv) are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0.

You can copy them, mirror them and build on them for anything non-commercial, as long as you credit HushSlop and share what you make under the same license. "Uses HushSlop data licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0" with a link to this server is enough.

Using the data in a product or service you charge for, or inside a business, needs a separate license.

Outside lists

The list also carries what these public lists say, kept apart from people's reports under codes of their own:

• X Community Notes (code 8): X posts whose helpful-rated note says they're AI-made. The notes are written and rated by people on X, and HushSlop keeps only each note's ID.
• AiSList (code 9): YouTube channels its maintainers name as AI content. It's under CC BY-NC 4.0, and HushSlop looks each handle up to key it by channel ID.
