SecondLook

People report AI-made videos and posts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and Reddit. Apps that read this list can put a note on a reported video or hide it, at whatever number of reports their user picks.

On a computer SecondLook is a userscript, so add Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey to your browser first. It checks here for new versions on its own.

Putting SecondLook on a parent's computer or phone? Here's how to set it up.

Made a video people reported as AI when it isn't? Ask for a second look.

Have a link that shows a reported post is AI-made, or that it's real? Send it as proof.

For developers

/list.json holds every reported post by a hash of its id, with its counts. /list.bin is the same list packed small, and it's the one the apps download. Each has its signature at the same address with .sig on the end. The list updates every few minutes.

/reports/ keeps every vote ever counted, one file per batch, so anyone can check the list or build their own from it.

The database is every post with its counts and rulings in one CSV file, written once a day.

The lists, the reports and the database are published under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.

Questions and ideas go in GitHub Discussions, and bugs go in Issues.

SecondLook is free, and donations keep it running. Here's where the money goes.
